✈ Chiang Mai ♡ 2011 [pt. II] ✈
Continuation of my first post about my trip to Chiang Mai...
We visited the Elephant Park for the elephant jungle ride and bamboo water rafting.
The first time I sat on an elephant was in Phuket, so this was my second time and boy was I excited as this time the elephants will walk along the river! heh.
I got a tad bit scared as it was quite shaky and wobbly , I almost thought I was gonna fall off as I ALMOST ALMOST slipped out of my seat. But I grabbed on tight and held on for dear life *dramatic music plays* lol.
But I was taken away buy the wonderful scenery around I kinda forgot that we were quite up high from the ground.
We were then treated to some elephanty entertaintment, harhar.
Oh and we got to feed 'em too! Soooo cute, minus the mucus oozing out from the elephants trunk looool.
Guess what the elephant was doing..
It was painting! How cool is that?! And we got to watch the whole process! OMGGGG.
Not all elephants can paint though, only some with the special "gift". And the results weren't that bad. Its actually pretty darn good dont you think so?
Some other day in Chiang Mai *jengjengjeng* we visited "Tiger Kingdom" many thanks to a friend who suggested it as a MUST GO place!
NO REGRET! even with the steep prices I manage to touch, feel and lay on a tiger :DD
Erin and our entrance tickets! We manage to take as many pictures as time permits us to ; and I must say it was scary at first.
We left with huge smiles on our faces, what an experience!
So my Christmas was pretty simple this year ;
Simple dinner with the family and drinks all the way till midnight ; first time ever I had such peace and calamity on Christmas eve.
A German feast for dinner!
After this we took a stroll around the night market and saw this whole section of artist, doing drawings out of scratch! and it looked like it was all printed/painted :DD
AMAZEBALLS.
I was shocked to death! Tell me how to believe this? Haha.
Anyways I shall continue soon!
Till then, x.
